Primo and his brother Jovi were found as small puppies and grew up in our shelter. Having to grow up in the shelter is sad, but it has an advantage for puppies when it comes to socialization. There are always other puppies around, and we have a big garden where the dogs get to play together. We've also introduced Primo to cats and he doesn't have a problem with them.
Primo is an energetic, playful and affectionate young dog. An active family would be fantastic for him.
Like every shelter dog Primo is a mixed breed, but his built and curled tail resemble the Kritikos Lagonikos, or Cretan hound, very much. This breed is very affectionate and playful. Primo is now a fully grown medium sized dog and weighs 20 kg.
