I had been living at the airport for almost all my life. My life was quite okay and I got to meet new people everyday. But I developed a tumor under my chin so I had to be taken to the vet. My tumor was operated on and the surgery went really well. I have been healing at the shelter and luckily have returned to my full strenght.
I am a sweet old grandpa who doesn't ask for much and gives a lot in return. I am very good with other animals and also people because I have spend all my life living near a busy airport. I find life here at the shelter a little easier on me than life at streets. I do get regular meals and I have a safe place to sleep and rest.
But I am hoping for something a little better. I am hoping I am deserving of something better. Perhaps a real home to call my own and a family to take care of. I am growing older every day, but I still have a lot of life left in me. I wish to be able to share that with someone special. Would you be the one?
