It's not easy to make a selection of photos with such an incredibly good-looking guy. His name is Fred and he came to the shelter as a puppy with four siblings. Only Fred is still at the shelter. His brother Flash got adopted when they had shared a kennel for 2 years. It was a bittersweet adoption, because Flash was adopted by the family that had adopted another brother the year before. So Fred had to 'say goodbye' to his brother and best friend, and so did Flash, but he was the lucky one because he got to leave the shelter and live a happy life with his other brother.
Fred is a gentle giant. He gets along with all other dogs. As you can see in the video, he is a harmless fellow who lets a whole pack of dogs do their inspection. He also doesn't mind the presence of cats. Fred walks perfectly on the leash. He's just one of our most easy-going dogs and we wish he'll get to leave the shelter soon.
